Contact form
Contact form:
The Contact form is a useful section that enable customers to input their details and send a message directly to the merchant. Your contact form sends all submissions to your store’s Sender email address. You can change the sender email address in the store details settings page of your Shopify admin.
The form has the following fields:
- Name
- Email(Required)
- Phone number
- Message
How to set up the Contact form section ?
- Go to Customize theme. Click on the top dropdown menu to select the Pages>Contact template.
- From the left side menu, select “Contact form”
- Customize this section by using the settings described in the following table:
Customize section settings:
| Settings | Description |
| Timings | Enter any timings to display in the page. |
| Address | Enter any address you want to show in the maps. |
| Google Map (API library) | To get the map working, you need to register a Google Maps API key on your own. If you don’t have one, please follow this instruction for registration, then copy your API key and paste here. |
| Heading | The title for the block. Use the buttons to make the text bold or italicized, or to add an internal/external link. |
| Heading size | The size of the heading text.

| Description | Display paragraph-style text in the section. |
| Color scheme | A set of colors that you can apply to this section. |
| Section spacing | Add space to the top or bottom of the Section. Use the range slider to add between 0px and 100px of space to the top or the bottom of your section. |
